Q. How do you manage safety?

A. We have these safety measures. First,
we use masks, gloves and sanitizers. Second, we check all staff’s temperature everyday before visiting client place.

Q. What kind of cleaner do professional use? Are they safe?

A. SAKURA Home Service uses chemicals from
global brand and cleaner from Japanese industry brand. All the chemicals are safe for infants, aged people and pets.

Q. Do I have to organize cleaning materials or professionals will bring its own?

A. Professionals will carry cleaning chemicals
and machines as per the service booked. We would request you to provide basic items like ladder, dust bin and bucket for mopping. Live electricity and water supply is required.

Staff

Q. Are staff’s background verified?

A. Yes, we’ve done verification and checked their background when they join SAKURA Home Service. Also, only trained staff at least for 1.5 month will visit you.

Q. What if I am not happy with the service provided?

A. We can assure you of the best professional service however if you have any complaints, suggestions or feedback regarding to our service, please let us know after providing service to supervisor or give us a call to our customer care at 7428652331 or email us at contact@sakura-hs.life It is advised to do this within 24 hours of your service delivery.

Q. What happens if there’s any damage occurs during service?

A. Supervisor will check all the places after cleaning. However, in the unlikely event of any damage occur during the service you can give us a call at 7428652331.
